class=\"media-icons\"><\/div><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>El Gobierno intim\u00f3 a\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s de 20 gremios y organizaciones sociales<\/strong>\u00a0a pagar montos de hasta $56 millones en concepto de multas por los gastos del operativo de seguridad desplegado en las protestas del 22 y 27 de diciembre realizadas en Plaza de Mayo y Tribunales, respectivamente, contra el DNU 70\/2023 establecido por el presidente Javier Milei.<\/p>\n<p>Los telegramas fueron enviados por el Ministerio de Seguridad a gremios entre los que se encuentran Camioneros, Uni\u00f3n Obrera Metal\u00fargica (UOM), Uni\u00f3n Obrera de la Construcci\u00f3n (Uocra), Central de Trabajadores Argentinos (CTA) y Asociaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores del Estado, la uni\u00f3n de Trabajadores y Trabajadoras de la Econom\u00eda Popular (UTEP), entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abIntimo a usted, en su car\u00e1cter de apoderado del sindicato de Camioneros, al pago solidario de pesos cuarenta millones cuatrocientos diecinueve mil doscientos veintisiete con 56\/100 ($40.419.227,56), en el plazo perentorio de diez (10) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles de recepcionada la presente, en concepto de costos operativos que se emplearon para hacer cesar los actos ileg\u00edtimos en miras del mantenimiento del orden p\u00fablico\u00bb, indica el texto de la misiva, que fue\u00a0<strong>firmado por el que participaron de la protesta del 27 de diciembre frente a Tribunales, en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, en rechazo del DNU 70\/2023 y para realizar respectivas presentaciones judiciales y amparos contra esa medida.<\/p>\n<p>La ministra de Seguridad, Patricia Bullrich, los responsabiliza de \u00ablos gastos ocasionados\u00bb por el despliegue del operativo por la \u00abinterrupci\u00f3n total o parcial del tr\u00e1nsito vehicular\u00bb, una sanci\u00f3n con la que el Gobierno busca hacer cumplir el protocolo antipiquete que proh\u00edbe la realizaci\u00f3n de bloqueos de la v\u00eda Uocra, las organizaciones multadas por esa movilizaci\u00f3n fueron Federaci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima y Portuaria de la Industria Naval (Fempinra), Asociaci\u00f3n del Personal de los Organismos de Previsi\u00f3n Social (Apops), Uni\u00f3n de Empleados de la Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (UEJN), Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Polo Obrero y el Movimiento Independiente de Jubilados y Desocupados (MIJD).<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n el Movimiento Socialista de Trabajadores (MST), Agrupaci\u00f3n de Izquierda Socialista, Sindicato de Prensa de Buenos Aires (Sipreba), Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores de Neum\u00e1ticos Argentino (Sutna), Conadu Hist\u00f3rica y CTA Aut\u00f3noma.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, con una similar misiva, la cartera de Seguridad intim\u00f3 a distintas organizaciones a pagar multas de $56.760.282,58 por los costos del operativo producto de la protesta del 22 de diciembre, tambi\u00e9n en contra del DNU con el que el Gobierno estableci\u00f3 la desregulaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Entre ellas est\u00e1n Asociaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores del Estado (ATE), Federaci\u00f3n Nacional Territorial, libres del Sur, Frente Barrial CTA, Federaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores por la Econom\u00eda Social (Fetrares) y Frente de Organizaciones en Lucha (FOL).<\/p>\n<div class=\"twitter-tweet twitter-tweet-rendered\"><iframe CTA<\/strong>, ambas organizaciones fueron notificadas por el costo de los operativos de las dos jornadas de protestas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDesde la CTA aut\u00f3noma rechazamos y repudiamos esta acci\u00f3n persecutoria, discriminatoria y de abuso de poder por parte del Ministerio de Seguridad, y vamos a avanzar en nuevas denuncias ante organismos internacionales como la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo, ya que el protocolo es una norma que viola el derecho constitucional a la acci\u00f3n sindical, al derecho de organizarse y a reclamar que tenemos los trabajadores y trabajadoras\u00bb, indic\u00f3 la CTA en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>La central obrera calific\u00f3 las multas como \u00abactos de persecuci\u00f3n de intimidaci\u00f3n\u00bb por parte del Gobierno, que pretende -aseguran- \u00absostener una norma que es claramente inconstitucional\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abAdem\u00e1s, quiere atribuirnos un delito que de ninguna manera hemos cometido.
