{"id":8035,"date":"2017-03-15T18:56:31","date_gmt":"2017-03-15T21:56:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noticiasradioreflejos.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=8035"},"modified":"2017-03-15T18:56:31","modified_gmt":"2017-03-15T21:56:31","slug":"fallo-judicial-favorece-a-los-docentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noticiasradioreflejos.com.ar\/2021\/fallo-judicial-favorece-a-los-docentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Fallo judicial favorece a los docentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Comunicado del Frente Gremial Docente<br \/>\nIMPORTANTE FALLO JUDICIAL FAVORECE A LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA EDUCACI\u00d3N Y A SUS GREMIOS DOCENTES<br \/>\nEn el d\u00eda de la fecha el Juzgado en lo Contencioso Administrativo N\u00famero 4 del departamento judicial La Plata, ha dictado una Resoluci\u00f3n en favor de todas las entidades integrantes del Frente Gremial Docente y los trabajadores que las mismas representan.<br \/>\nDicho fallo en su parte resolutiva ordena al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial que \u201cse abstenga de llevar adelante todo acto que altere, restrinja, limite o afecte la libertad de los trabajadores y sus entidades gremiales en las negociaciones colectivas\u201d. <!--more-->Asimismo ordena al Ministerio de Trabajo provincial \u201cque tome todas las medidas necesarias para garantizar que las negociaciones colectivas sean llevadas adelante en un marco de buena fe, igualdad y libertad entre las partes\u201d en el marco de la Ley 13.552 de Paritaria Provincial.<br \/>\nPor lo expuesto y en cumplimiento de la Ley y el fallo dictado el SADOP solicita la inmediata y urgente convocatoria a la Paritaria docente ratificando nuestra voluntad de di\u00e1logo en el \u00fanico \u00e1mbito institucional que garantiza el equilibrio de las partes en beneficio de la paz social.<br \/>\nEN DEFENSA DE NUESTROS DERECHOS LABORALES Y POR CONDICIONES DIGNAS DE TRABAJO<br \/>\nLa Plata, 15 de marzo de 2017<br \/>\nJuan Carlos Cuy\u00e1s<br \/>\nSecretario General<br \/>\nHoracio Rodr\u00edguez<br \/>\nSec de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Prensa<br \/>\n2235700758<br \/>\nSeccional Pcia. de Bs.
