{"id":17489,"date":"2017-12-26T15:39:45","date_gmt":"2017-12-26T18:39:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.noticiasradioreflejos.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=17489"},"modified":"2017-12-26T15:39:45","modified_gmt":"2017-12-26T18:39:45","slug":"en-bahia-blanca-la-pirotecnia-esta-prohibida-escandalo-municipal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noticiasradioreflejos.com.ar\/2021\/en-bahia-blanca-la-pirotecnia-esta-prohibida-escandalo-municipal\/","title":{"rendered":"En Bah\u00eda Blanca la pirotecnia esta prohibida, esc\u00e1ndalo municipal."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>COMUNICADO DE PRENSA<br \/>\nPIROTECNIA PROHIBIDA EN BAHIA BLANCA: ESC\u00c1NDALO MUNICIPAL.<br \/>\nEn vistas a la falta de voluntad pol\u00edtica para el cumplimiento efectivo de la ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 11.252 (la cual PROH\u00cdBE la compra y el uso de PIROTECNIA en el partido de Bah\u00eda Blanca), las asociaciones abajo firmantes bregan hace a\u00f1os por su aplicaci\u00f3n, habi\u00e9ndose implicado en una ARDUA CAMPA\u00d1A DE DIFUSI\u00d3N CON EL FIN DE ADVERTIR Y EDUCAR A NUESTROS VECINOS EN SU CUMPLIMIENTO (\u201cBah\u00eda sin pirotecnia\u201d).<!--more--><br \/>\nDesde el inicio de la tarea voluntaria, el N\u00daMERO TELEF\u00d3NICO DIFUNDIDO PARA LA DENUNCIA DE LA INFRACCI\u00d3N A LA NORMA ha sido el 911, sin embargo, a penas d\u00edas atr\u00e1s, fue el mismo MUNICIPIO QUIEN PUBLICIT\u00d3 LA L\u00cdNEA 109 PARA EL CASO, por lo que, habiendo constatado la informaci\u00f3n con funcionarios del \u00e1rea, decidimos modificar las publicaciones, a fin de ser certeros a la hora de informar a la poblaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nLa madrugada del 25 pasado ha sido un ESC\u00c1NDALO desde todo punto de vista: no s\u00f3lo NO SE HAN ARBITRADO LAS MEDIDAS PREVIAS NECESARIAS PARA EJECUTAR LA ORDENANZA VIGENTE en cuanto a la VENTA DE PIROTECNIA (hecho que cualquier residente pudo notar con los estruendos producidos en todos los puntos de la ciudad), SINO que la L\u00cdNEA 911 y la 109 se derivaban la responsabilidad entre ellas de responder a los llamados al no CONTAR NINGUNA CON LA ORDEN NI CON LOS RECURSOS IMPRESCINDIBLES PARA CONTESTAR A LAS DENUNCIAS POR SU USO.<br \/>\nEs decir, el Estado Municipal difundi\u00f3 un spot publicitario por distintos canales de comunicaci\u00f3n en el que instaba a la comunidad a DENUNCIAR la ilegalidad al n\u00famero 109, sin embargo, NO S\u00d3LO COMUNIC\u00d3 UNA L\u00cdNEA TELEF\u00d3NICA<br \/>\nERR\u00d3NEA sino que tampoco DIO LA ORDEN NI SE ASIGNARON LOS MEDIOS NECESARIOS para RESPONDER A LAS DENUNCIAS (personal, patrulleros, etc.). cualquiera hubiese sido la l\u00ednea correcta.<br \/>\nHemos constatado esta inoperancia en primera persona como as\u00ed TAMBI\u00c9N HEMOS SIDO LOS RECEPTORES de las denuncias de LOS VECINOS quienes, ante la AUSENCIA DE RESPUESTAS EFICIENTES desde Estado, han acudido a nosotros a fin de DENUNCIAR lo acontecido.<br \/>\nPor lo expuesto, EXIGIMOS a las autoridades correspondientes ARBITREN LOS MEDIOS NECESARIOS para EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LA LEY VIGENTE: ponga en conocimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n la dependencia municipal\/ n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico VERAZ correspondiente para la TOMA DE DENUNCIAS y los recursos obligatorios indispensables PARA DAR RESPUESTA EFICIENTE a las mismas.<br \/>\n-Spot ANTIPIROTECNIA del Municipio de Bah\u00eda Blanca donde se advierte denunciar la ilegalidad al 109:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bahiasinpirotecnia\/videos\/419399718478722\/\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bahiasinpirotecnia\/videos\/419399718478722\/<\/a><br \/>\n-Bah\u00eda sin Pirotecnia: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bahiasinpirotecnia\/\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bahiasinpirotecnia\/<\/a><br \/>\nEsperando se difunda el comunicado convenientemente,<br \/>\nSaludan a Ud.
