Un vecino fue v\u00edctima de una violenta irrupci\u00f3n en su finca por parte de dos hombres quienes, tras ingresar sin autorizaci\u00f3n alguna, profirieron graves amenazas de muerte y provocaron cuantiosos da\u00f1os materiales en la estructura del inmueble antes de darse a la fuga<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,4\">.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_282604dddffbe427-28\" data-path-to-node=\"5\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,0\">El hecho se registr\u00f3 alrededor de las 21:30 horas en una vivienda ubicada sobre la calle Pellegrini al 400 (esquina calle Victoria)<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,2\">. Seg\u00fan consta en las actuaciones policiales iniciadas a ra\u00edz de la denuncia correspondiente, el damnificado \u2014un hombre de 56 a\u00f1os de edad\u2014 se encontraba en el interior de su domicilio cuando fue sorprendido por dos sujetos que ingresaron intempestivamente a la propiedad sin poseer el debido consentimiento<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_282604dddffbe427-29\" data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span data-path-to-node=\"6,0\">Una vez en el interior de las instalaciones, los agresores arremetieron verbalmente contra el due\u00f1o de casa, vociferando intimaciones y amenazas directas contra su vida<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,2\">. Acto seguido, portando un <b data-path-to-node=\"6,2\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">cabo de hacha<\/b>, los atacantes arremetieron brutalmente contra la fachada y aberturas de la vivienda<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,4\">. Como resultado de los destrozos, rompieron tres ventanas del inmueble, destruyendo en el mismo acto dos de las persianas correspondientes<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,6\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_282604dddffbe427-30\" data-path-to-node=\"7\"><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0\">Los da\u00f1os materiales fueron valuados preliminarmente en m\u00e1s de <b data-path-to-node=\"7,0\" data-index-in-node=\"63\">$1.200.000 (un mill\u00f3n doscientos mil pesos)<\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,2\">. Cabe destacar que la propiedad no pose\u00eda cobertura de seguro contra este tipo de siniestros<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Intervenci\u00f3n judicial y medidas cautelares<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p id=\"p-rc_282604dddffbe427-31\" data-path-to-node=\"9\"><span data-path-to-node=\"9,0\">Tras el aviso a la dependencia policial local, se labraron las actuaciones preventivas correspondientes, caratuladas en primera instancia bajo las figuras penales de <b data-path-to-node=\"9,0\" data-index-in-node=\"166\">\u00abda\u00f1os, amenazas y violaci\u00f3n de domicilio\u00bb<\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_282604dddffbe427-32\" data-path-to-node=\"10\"><span data-path-to-node=\"10,0\">En la causa toma intervenci\u00f3n la <b data-path-to-node=\"10,0\" data-index-in-node=\"33\">Ayudant\u00eda Fiscal Descentralizada de Tornquist<\/b>, a cargo del Dr. Pablo Florez, conjuntamente con el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas en turno del Departamento Judicial de Bah\u00eda Blanca<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,2\">. Asimismo, desde la Jefatura Policial se solicit\u00f3 la presencia del personal de la <b data-path-to-node=\"10,2\" data-index-in-node=\"83\">Polic\u00eda Cient\u00edfica con sede en Bah\u00eda Blanca<\/b> para la realizaci\u00f3n de los peritajes correspondientes en el lugar del hecho<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_282604dddffbe427-33\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><span data-path-to-node=\"11,0\">Ante la gravedad del suceso y la situaci\u00f3n del damnificado, se han solicitado formalmente ante la Justicia de Garant\u00edas las correspondientes medidas cautelares para salvaguardar la integridad del propietario, mientras las fuerzas de seguridad contin\u00faan instruyendo las diligencias necesarias para resolver la causa<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un grave hecho de violencia urbana y vulneraci\u00f3n de domicilio sacudi\u00f3 la tranquilidad de la localidad de Saldungaray en las \u00faltimas horas del pasado lunes 17 de agosto.
