No se trataba de una actividad aislada, sino de una <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"163\">red de contenci\u00f3n<\/b> que inclu\u00eda:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_4bb5416075724efd-89\" data-path-to-node=\"8,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"8,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-154\">Asesoramiento m\u00e9dico:<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-154\"> Trabajo conjunto con profesionales y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Cannabis Medicinal de Bah\u00eda Blanca<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"8,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_4bb5416075724efd-90\" data-path-to-node=\"8,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"8,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-153\">Formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica:<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-153\"> Ense\u00f1anza sobre el cultivo y la elaboraci\u00f3n de cremas y aceites terap\u00e9uticos<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"8,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_4bb5416075724efd-91\" data-path-to-node=\"8,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"8,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-152\">Finalidad sanitaria:<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-152\"> El objetivo era mejorar la calidad de vida de personas con diversas dolencias<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"8,2,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_4bb5416075724efd-92\" data-path-to-node=\"8,3,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"8,3,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,3,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-151\">Gratuidad absoluta:<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-151\"> Labarthe fue enf\u00e1tico al declarar que \u00abjam\u00e1s hubo intercambio de dinero\u00bb y que las \u00fanicas transacciones eran compras comunitarias de insumos como aceite de coco o alcohol<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"8,3,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"p-rc_4bb5416075724efd-93\" data-path-to-node=\"9\"><span data-path-to-node=\"9,1\"><span class=\"citation-150\">Incluso exist\u00edan planes avanzados para integrar esta producci\u00f3n al <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"9,1\" data-index-in-node=\"67\"><span class=\"citation-150\">sistema de salud p\u00fablica<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-150\"> a trav\u00e9s del hospital local, en di\u00e1logo con la gesti\u00f3n municipal de aquel entonces<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,5\"><span class=\"citation-149\">Sin embargo, tras los allanamientos, el miedo paraliz\u00f3 a los participantes y la red \u00abfue a parar al ca\u00f1o\u00bb<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,7\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_4bb5416075724efd-94\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><span data-path-to-node=\"11,1\"><span class=\"citation-148\">Labarthe no ahorr\u00f3 cr\u00edticas hacia el fiscal <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1\" data-index-in-node=\"44\"><span class=\"citation-148\">Mauricio Del Cero<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-148\">, a quien acus\u00f3 de intentar encuadrar el caso como un intercambio de \u00abaceite por votos\u00bb<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,5\"><span class=\"citation-147\">Seg\u00fan el ingeniero, el fiscal utiliz\u00f3 recursos del Estado en una causa que estaba <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"11,5\" data-index-in-node=\"82\"><span class=\"citation-147\">\u00abmuerta antes de empezar\u00bb<\/span><\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,7\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"12,1\"><span class=\"citation-146\">Tambi\u00e9n denunci\u00f3 una connivencia entre la fiscal\u00eda y ciertos sectores de la prensa, mencionando espec\u00edficamente a Germ\u00e1n Sasso, al se\u00f1alar que antes de que el pueblo de Tornquist se enterara de los procedimientos, la informaci\u00f3n ya estaba circulando en medios bahienses<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"12,3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">Sobre la posibilidad de iniciar acciones legales contra el Estado por los da\u00f1os causados, Labarthe se mostr\u00f3 cauto:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-path-to-node=\"14\">\n<p id=\"p-rc_4bb5416075724efd-96\" data-path-to-node=\"14,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"14,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-145\">\u00abNo me interesa hacerle pagar al pueblo argentino nada&#8230; pero este personaje [el fiscal] lo tiene que pagar.
